I know that mother's day was last weekend, but I figured why not continue the celebration! So to honor my own mom I asked her what her favorite recent trend was. Without hesitation she said colored handbags! (Must be where I get it from) I'm not a fan of changing between black and brown depending on what I'm wearing, so having a colored bag makes it easy. I pictured some of our newest styles from Melie Bianco. This is a great line and all retail under $100.

For anyone who comes in the shop you know I'm a big fan of the scarf. There was hardly a day this past fall when I wasn't sporting one. I've had a lot of fun figuring out different ways to wear them and am happy that they are here to stay. The new summer styles we've received are just beautiful. There are lots of bright colors and fun prints all in lighter weights so you can still keep cool in the summer heat.
I dedicate this post to my good friend Emily. Her style is inspiring in so many ways and she started my scarf love. Love you E!

Twilight Tunes

The Stonehenge Market shopping center is hosting it's annual Twilight Tunes Concert Series. There are 2 shows, this Friday 5/8 and next Friday 5/15. The concerts start at 7:00 pm and are in the courtyard right out front of our shop door. Bring your lawn chairs and come early to get a good seat. We look forward to seeing everyone Friday night, so make sure you stop in and say hello!

New Shoes

Recently my cousin and I have gotten into our new Chuck Taylor All Stars by Converse. I love these sneakers! They are a classic and look good with both jeans and shorts or even dresses. They are comfortable enough for me to run around the shop in all day and a throwback to my 90's childhood. At around $45 they are a steal!
